CareerBeacon is one of Canada's leading job boards. Historically, it has been focused on serving the Atlantic provinces of Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick. None of these provinces are what most would describe as having high population growth, yet Serge shares how they've managed to triple their traffic over the past year despite the increasing competition from much larger general and aggregator sites.
