Jeff goes on to introduce Dave Jenkins and his business Wave by describing Wave as a “Swiss army knife” for recruiting companies. Dave Jenkins shares his background in the recruiting world and the humble beginnings of Wave as the first European online ad agency in 1999.

Steven briefly touches on the Great Resignation and employers who complain about a lack of talent. He states that while employers may think there is a lack of eligible candidates it’s rather a mismatch in the labor market.
