Co-Founder & Coach - Metta Performance

Michael Seiler brings over 30 years of cross-industry experience and a lifelong passion for endurance sports to his work as a performance coach and entrepreneur. His mission: helping organizations, teams, and individuals achieve sustainable high performance through practical, mindset-driven strategies.

With a career spanning human resources, television, and healthcare, Michael spent two decades leading digital strategy initiatives that solved complex consumer challenges. A serial entrepreneur, he has founded successful ventures in e-commerce, digital strategy, and endurance coaching. As a leader and mentor, he believes that the best leaders coach rather than direct—creating environments where people can thrive.

A former collegiate soccer player turned endurance athlete, Michael founded Stage22 Performance in 2017 to provide endurance coaching and professional bike fitting. In 2022, he co-founded Metta Endurance with his coach, Holly Benner, to help athletes align performance with purpose—building durability, sustainability, and fulfillment in sport and life.

Michael is a USA Cycling Level 2 Coach and Enlifted Method Level 2 Mindset Coach, working with national champions, age-group athletes, CEOs, and emerging leaders. Drawing on decades of coaching experience, he sees clear parallels between athletic and corporate performance—both require alignment of mind, body, and soul.

His deepest focus is mindset development—the stories we tell ourselves about who we are. By helping clients reframe those stories, Michael guides them toward lasting, sustainable success.

Based in Western North Carolina, Michael stays active in cycling and running, enjoys the outdoors with his wife and family, and continues to write and perform music.
