Throughout my career, I've helped launch and promote thousands of new tech products, services and companies. After a successful run as a sales & marketing exec, I started Devon with no outside funding at a time when women-owned tech businesses were considered atypical. Within a year, the company was profitable and 100% “client-funded.” As CEO of Devon, I've supported numerous successful exits, from initial public offerings to strategic mergers and acquisitions. My formal training in issues management enables me to serve as trusted counsel to CEOs and investors during times of crisis and unanticipated change.
In addition to my role as senior strategist at Devon, I've chaired the Select HR Tech Conference, HR Tech Conference Online, and the Women in HR Tech Summit, which is held at the HR Tech Festival Asia in Singapore and the HR Tech Conference in Las Vegas. Passionate about creating communities and supporting workforce diversity and inclusion, I'm a frequently quoted spokesperson, speaker, and content contributor.
