As the CEO of Hourly by AMS, Jeanette led the startup to a 20x revenue increase and an industry leading 80+ candidate NPS score, earning seven industry awards, including the Gold Stevie for Talent Management Solution of the Year. She also served as EVP/Managing Director & a member of the AMS Americas executive leadership team, enhancing AMS's high-volume hiring solutions by integrating the best of technology, process, and people.
Before AMS, Jeanette was the EVP/Managing Director and Head of Americas at Oleeo, a pioneer in recruiting enablement solutions. As the founding executive of Oleeo's U.S. expansion, Jeanette was instrumental in bringing Oleeo to the US market. Under her leadership, Jeanette significantly grew U.S. revenue over 5x, contributing ~40% of Oleeo’s global revenue, achieved a US employee NPS of 55 & won numerous awards, including the Gold Stevie for Talent Acquisition Provider of the Year & Aragon Research’s Hot Vendor.
Prior she held leader roles at Credit Suisse, Lehman Brothers, IBM & Gartner.
Jeanette is a sought-after speaker & thought leader, who regularly shares her expertise at industry events, on podcasts, and through blogs & articles. She has won the silver Stevie Executive of the Year, Smart CEO award & was named a Woman of the Year Finalist for the Women in IT Awards.
Jeanette holds a BA from Washington University in St. Louis & an MBA in Management from Columbia Business School. In her spare time, Jeanette serves as a member of the Advisory Board of Catalyzr along with an educational non-profit, co-hosts the High Volume Hiring podcast, is a certified AI trainer with the VJAL Institute & cheers on her two teen athletes.
