Holly Benner

Co-Founder, Coach - Metta Performance

Holly Benner is a leadership and performance coach, organizational strategist, and former professional triathlete who leverages lessons from sport to help people unlock their full potential. She’s spent her career helping leaders, teams, and athletes find the connection between mindset, movement, and meaning, blending the science of performance with the art of being human.

As a co-founder and ICF coach, Holly works with people who love to live big - those who ask a lot of themselves and are curious about what’s possible when discipline meets compassion. Her coaching and leadership development work spans industries, from global corporations, government, and philanthropy to endurance sports, where she helps people unlock their potential by focusing on awareness, resilience, and purpose.

Before she was coaching leaders, Holly was chasing finish lines as a professional triathlete. The lessons she learned through sport - endurance, adaptability, and the power of mindset - now fuel her work with clients and organizations. She often says that the body teaches what the mind sometimes forgets: that growth is a process, not a finish line.

When she’s not coaching or speaking, you’ll find Holly running trails, training for her next endurance adventure, or enjoying life at home in Allentown, Pennsylvania with her husband and their two cats.
