While in Global HR roles, Alexander has led large-scale strategic business transformation projects across the engineering, event management, telecom, health and security industries and, through grassroot HR change, enabled organisations to prioritise, adapt, and digitalise best people practices across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and Latin America.

Currently, Alexander is the Global HR Director for International SOS, Medical Services Business Line. International SOS is the world’s leading medical & travel security services company with an employee base of 12000 operating across 80 countries and servicing over 70 per cent of the Fortune 500 companies.
