S04E05: The continuing fight for gender equality in tech - Is gender parity improving in the technology industry? What more needs to be done?

Anna has a technology career spanning more than 32 years. With extensive technology and People leadership experience, operating both at C-suite executive and board level, she has won a number of external awards as a management consultant for her work in Inclusion and Diversity, as well as digital transformation. 
 
She is now a CEO for her new charity just being established "DiversIT-Talent"; a Non-Executive Director for a technology consulting start-up; a trustee for a homeless charity; a mentor, and an Independent freelance consultant working for a number of clients across digital transformation, compliance, change and strategy.
