Lloyd Wigglesworth is an experienced executive coach mainly working with CEO’s and helping those with the potential to reach the top position. He is a partner is the Alexander Partnership having founded CEO Coaching and co-founded Paradox Partners.
His coaching practice was inspired by his own 25 year executive career in senior leadership positions in a wide variety of industries including FMCG, publishing, retailing and marketing services. He experienced several board positions including at WHSmith, Woolworths and St Ives.
Lloyd experienced the power of working alongside a coach when he was first promoted to a PLC board position. He discovered how coaching can give leaders the clarity and confidence required to deliver results in a fast changing organisation.
