[00:00:00] [SPEAKER_12]: I do HR professionals not work like IT does, because it came from IT.
[00:00:05] [SPEAKER_12]: You guys might have some really good answers on that.
[00:00:07] [SPEAKER_12]: I had questions on what if I'm a developer who's selling to vendors?
[00:00:13] [SPEAKER_12]: What is the most critical thing I have to do, which I thought was kind of interesting question,
[00:00:17] [SPEAKER_12]: because I don't know if you guys know this but in the market, all the most of the vendors don't do all their own development,
[00:00:22] [SPEAKER_12]: they outsource a lot of it.
[00:00:23] [SPEAKER_12]: And so those little companies have built up around what they're doing.
[00:00:26] [SPEAKER_12]: And so they're trying to figure out how to kind of manage this AI conversation.
[00:00:30] [SPEAKER_12]: And then I probably the most interesting one is we had a really good conversation with a couple of people who were talking about skills,
[00:00:36] [SPEAKER_12]: and they're getting ready to look at a couple vendors and talk about Techful for Skyhive or those guys.
[00:00:41] [SPEAKER_12]: But they were trying to figure out how they kept the skills management conversation from being just about the,
[00:00:47] [SPEAKER_12]: just about buying the technology versus sort of actually building it into the culture of the organization.
[00:00:52] [SPEAKER_12]: And so that was an interesting conversation because it's a real issue.
[00:00:56] [SPEAKER_12]: You guys have asked about it on the cohort session, so we've been doing it.
[00:00:59] [SPEAKER_12]: So skills, although it's not top of mind for buying this year, it is top of mind for how do I get it into my organization.
[00:01:07] [SPEAKER_01]: Welcome to the HR Huddle Podcast, presented by Sapient Insights Group,
[00:01:13] [SPEAKER_01]: the ultimate resource for all things HR.
[00:01:17] [SPEAKER_01]: It's time to get in the Huddle.
[00:01:26] [SPEAKER_12]: Welcome everyone to the 2020 HDRI technology conference, Sapient Insights Group's post shows spectacular.
[00:01:34] [SPEAKER_12]: And not only have I brought you the entire Sapient Insights group here with Susan and Terry myself and Cliff,
[00:01:40] [SPEAKER_12]: but this time we also have a whole crew joining us from our HR Systems Strategy cohort this year.
[00:01:45] [SPEAKER_12]: So practitioner insights are coming so you want to stay for this show.
[00:01:49] [SPEAKER_12]: So let's start with us and just talk a little bit about what we're seeing.
[00:01:52] [SPEAKER_12]: And then I'll kind of go around the group here and we'll look at each of you to talk a little bit about some of your favorite things you're seeing this week.
[00:01:58] [SPEAKER_12]: Is that work for everyone?
[00:01:59] [SPEAKER_12]: Love it.
[00:01:59] [SPEAKER_12]: Alright, Terry, what does start with you?
[00:02:01] [SPEAKER_12]: This is, I don't know how many years you've been here.
[00:02:04] [SPEAKER_12]: I know this is probably like my 10th at this point, but what do you think of the show this year?
[00:02:08] [SPEAKER_12]: Your session was packed on the idea of data governance.
[00:02:12] [SPEAKER_12]: That was amazing.
[00:02:13] [SPEAKER_02]: That was amazing.
[00:02:15] [SPEAKER_02]: It's been a great show.
[00:02:16] [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know how many I've been to, but I've been to a lot.
[00:02:19] [SPEAKER_02]: Children.
[00:02:21] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I've been to a lot of these shows going way back to when this room, the Expo Hall, which is where we're sitting right now was much, much smaller.
[00:02:29] [SPEAKER_02]: It's very, very tiny compared to what it is today.
[00:02:32] [SPEAKER_02]: There's probably a 500 vendors here in the Expo Hall at the very least.
[00:02:37] [SPEAKER_02]: And you know, people are hungry for information.
[00:02:40] [SPEAKER_02]: I mean, the amount of people that showed up to our data governance session that I did with Daniel,
[00:02:44] [SPEAKER_02]: I was completely blown away because the title to me, I was kind of like, you know,
[00:02:49] [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know if people are going to get excited about this.
[00:02:52] [SPEAKER_02]: They were just extremely interested in having more information and trying to understand how they're going to do this themselves in their own organization.
[00:03:02] [SPEAKER_02]: So they were really, we got a lot of good feedback, a lot of good reviews, and it was standing her moment.
[00:03:07] [SPEAKER_02]: It really was.
[00:03:08] [SPEAKER_02]: I heard there were 10,000 people.
[00:03:09] [SPEAKER_12]: I was thinking, I'm just thinking about what my good is brought up.
[00:03:13] [SPEAKER_12]: 500, what I was surprised by is that they weren't just there in the list because it was a panel.
[00:03:18] [SPEAKER_12]: It's like a lot of big presentation, there was a few things, but they were like enthralled and like just really listening to the conversation.
[00:03:26] [SPEAKER_12]: And Daniel, who should, who did the session with you,
[00:03:29] [SPEAKER_12]: like the insights she gave from the work that she's doing, and still doing this amazing.
[00:03:33] [SPEAKER_12]: So that was, I think probably when the highlights are far.
[00:03:36] [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, it's definitely just important.
[00:03:37] [SPEAKER_02]: It was Tuesday morning, first thing Tuesday.
[00:03:42] [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah.
[00:03:42] [SPEAKER_12]: So do the governance as a hot topic, because what we learned?
[00:03:45] [SPEAKER_12]: Yes.
[00:03:45] [SPEAKER_12]: So you know what I mean?
[00:03:46] [SPEAKER_12]: It's been a, you can run around, you got your first SDS for this season.
[00:03:49] [SPEAKER_12]: I did.
[00:03:50] [SPEAKER_04]: I did.
[00:03:51] [SPEAKER_04]: So this is gosh, I've been doing this show for, I don't know, 15, 16 years.
[00:03:57] [SPEAKER_04]: I remember the way back days when it was at the Navy Pier.
[00:04:02] [SPEAKER_04]: So it's been a minute.
[00:04:05] [SPEAKER_04]: I think the SDS for sessions are pretty exciting.
[00:04:10] [SPEAKER_04]: I don't, I think that's new.
[00:04:11] [SPEAKER_04]: It's new.
[00:04:11] [SPEAKER_04]: That's something I haven't done for you.
[00:04:13] [SPEAKER_04]: So having the opportunity to like get one-on-one with clients and other practitioners and other vendors
[00:04:22] [SPEAKER_04]: and have them be able to ask us anything that they want to ask on the topic that we have imminent in.
[00:04:29] [SPEAKER_04]: So I don't know.
[00:04:30] [SPEAKER_04]: How was your SDS for sessions?
[00:04:32] [SPEAKER_12]: I think there was a winding line which was good, but I, and I'd love to get our groups,
[00:04:38] [SPEAKER_12]: which I expect about this.
[00:04:38] [SPEAKER_12]: I had questions about, it was about HHS strategies with the SDS for Rosanne.
[00:04:43] [SPEAKER_12]: I had people come up who asked about why do HR professionals not work like IT does,
[00:04:49] [SPEAKER_12]: because they came from IT.
[00:04:50] [SPEAKER_12]: You guys might have some really good answers on that.
[00:04:53] [SPEAKER_12]: I had questions on what if I'm a developer who's selling to vendors?
[00:04:58] [SPEAKER_12]: What is the most critical thing I have to do?
[00:05:00] [SPEAKER_12]: Which I thought was kind of interesting question.
[00:05:02] [SPEAKER_12]: Because I don't know if you guys know this, but in the market, all the most of the vendors don't do all their own development.
[00:05:07] [SPEAKER_12]: They outsource a lot of it.
[00:05:09] [SPEAKER_12]: And so those little companies have built up around what they're doing.
[00:05:12] [SPEAKER_12]: And so they're trying to figure out how to kind of manage this AI conversation.
[00:05:15] [SPEAKER_12]: And then I probably the most interesting one is we had a really good conversation with a couple of people who were talking about skills.
[00:05:22] [SPEAKER_12]: And they're getting ready to look at a couple of vendors and talk about technical, first guy,
[00:05:25] [SPEAKER_12]: and everyone of those guys.
[00:05:26] [SPEAKER_12]: But they were trying to figure out how they kept the skills management conversation from being just about,
[00:05:33] [SPEAKER_12]: just about buying the technology versus sort of actually building it into the culture of the organization.
[00:05:38] [SPEAKER_12]: And so that was an interesting conversation because it's a real issue.
[00:05:41] [SPEAKER_12]: You guys have asked about it on the cohort sessions when we've been doing it.
[00:05:44] [SPEAKER_12]: So skills, although it's not top of mind for buying this year, it is top of mind for how do I get it into my organization.
[00:05:50] [SPEAKER_12]: So it was really fun.
[00:05:52] [SPEAKER_12]: You're going to be excited when you get into it.
[00:05:53] [SPEAKER_04]: I can't wait to get over and talk to folks in my session.
[00:05:57] [SPEAKER_04]: And I'll tell you, my favorite part of HR Tech is the startup, Karal.
[00:06:04] [SPEAKER_04]: I absolutely love seeing entrepreneurs at this event.
[00:06:10] [SPEAKER_04]: And that's near and dear to my heart as an entrepreneur myself.
[00:06:15] [SPEAKER_04]: Having the opportunity to talk with the the co-owners, the folks who are in the organization every single day
[00:06:22] [SPEAKER_04]: to see their passion and creativity.
[00:06:25] [SPEAKER_04]: I mean, there's a ton of innovation out there this year.
[00:06:29] [SPEAKER_04]: I took me a minute to remind them.
[00:06:31] [SPEAKER_04]: But as I walked through this morning, I was just overwhelmed with the number and the quality and the diversity
[00:06:39] [SPEAKER_04]: of the different solutions and applications and innovative products that are out there this year in the startup.
[00:06:46] [SPEAKER_12]: We're definitely seeing a lot more on global, there's a lot of global services when I walk by there.
[00:06:50] [SPEAKER_12]: And it's a little bit of skills in the startup.
[00:06:53] [SPEAKER_12]: I also saw that which was kind of interesting a lot of startups who were sort of doing benefits, labor stuff.
[00:06:59] [SPEAKER_12]: You know what I thought was sort of interesting to you?
[00:07:01] [SPEAKER_04]: I've been saw some services out there.
[00:07:03] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
[00:07:03] [SPEAKER_04]: And from the survey report that we released earlier this week, that's a hot topic.
[00:07:12] [SPEAKER_04]: Organizations adding services to their technology environment and the budget they've got.
[00:07:19] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
[00:07:20] [SPEAKER_12]: Well, what I'll return to our cohort members here and get a little bit of their insight.
[00:07:24] [SPEAKER_12]: And then we'll come back and grab you a little bit because the thing about club is everywhere.
[00:07:29] [SPEAKER_12]: He's been locked up.
[00:07:29] [SPEAKER_12]: He's been wearing the pig jacket which has been amazing as they're like everybody knows him.
[00:07:33] [SPEAKER_12]: It's kind of like cheers when everybody walks in.
[00:07:34] [SPEAKER_12]: Oh, wait!
[00:07:36] [SPEAKER_12]: Everybody knows play right now.
[00:07:37] [SPEAKER_12]: So we'll get your perspective on sort of how that big group's going.
[00:07:40] [SPEAKER_12]: But if you want to tell a year name and just a little bit about where you're from.
[00:07:44] [SPEAKER_12]: And then talk about what you've felt this year's future development conference has been like for you.
[00:07:50] [SPEAKER_11]: Sure.
[00:07:50] [SPEAKER_11]: I carry Travis.
[00:07:52] [SPEAKER_11]: I need a short conversation.
[00:07:56] [SPEAKER_11]: A short conversation.
[00:07:57] [SPEAKER_11]: A short conversation has been, this is only my second.
[00:08:00] [SPEAKER_11]: It's been very different than last year because of the knowledge I've learned in the last year.
[00:08:04] [SPEAKER_11]: So the way that I approach the conference has been very different.
[00:08:08] [SPEAKER_11]: How I approach the conference last year.
[00:08:10] [SPEAKER_11]: And I've edited it as well.
[00:08:12] Yeah.
[00:08:13] [SPEAKER_11]: It's so hot.
[00:08:15] [SPEAKER_11]: That's a huge distraction.
[00:08:17] [SPEAKER_11]: And some of them have paid off the political legal.
[00:08:19] [SPEAKER_11]: I can go into business that I'm like oh, I have no idea who I can exist in.
[00:08:22] [SPEAKER_11]: I have no idea who even had a solution that I could do something up in the lookout at some points in.
[00:08:28] [SPEAKER_11]: So that's been really...
[00:08:30] [SPEAKER_10]: There we go.
[00:08:32] [SPEAKER_10]: We ended our discussion with some guys who've been up this one for at least a bit of the updated based on the OK.
[00:08:38] [SPEAKER_10]: This was happening.
[00:08:39] [SPEAKER_12]: Well, we're seeing.
[00:08:40] [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah.
[00:08:40] [SPEAKER_12]: That's part of why we love being here while we're in the middle of the final writing.
[00:08:43] [SPEAKER_12]: But I know you would mention that you were actually going to see another vendor.
[00:08:46] [SPEAKER_12]: Wasn't as booths so just a highlight for vendors who were out there.
[00:08:49] [SPEAKER_12]: And you have bumped into the guy next to him and took it with very interested in writing.
[00:08:53] [SPEAKER_11]: That was very interested in the thing that I've been there and they were there.
[00:08:57] [SPEAKER_11]: And then I bumped into the vendor and their store and he took my run tracks and...
[00:09:01] [SPEAKER_11]: My knife!
[00:09:03] [SPEAKER_11]: I've never even applied for the dissolve of it.
[00:09:05] [SPEAKER_11]: So you existed.
[00:09:06] [SPEAKER_11]: This is kind of a list of some of them.
[00:09:08] [SPEAKER_11]: What's happening?
[00:09:09] [SPEAKER_11]: You're going to work a day.
[00:09:11] [SPEAKER_11]: How exciting!
[00:09:12] [SPEAKER_11]: It was very fruitful and surprising.
[00:09:15] [SPEAKER_11]: I wasn't even here looking for that.
[00:09:19] [SPEAKER_12]: Those are the funds and I think actually make this extra hold of the public best.
[00:09:23] [SPEAKER_12]: How about we at a year-end, maybe you should choose to sell for maybe some of
[00:09:26] [SPEAKER_12]: things you'll find in here this year.
[00:09:29] [SPEAKER_07]: So TNF, Ortson, at Work 4, A software company and I do our HR and business.
[00:09:35] [SPEAKER_07]: So this is my second year.
[00:09:38] [SPEAKER_07]: So my caring is the last year was my first one and now it's super excited.
[00:09:43] [SPEAKER_07]: Both times.
[00:09:43] [SPEAKER_07]: I think this year, my focus actually got tailored back a little bit because
[00:09:49] [SPEAKER_07]: there's things that I already know after going through the cohort.
[00:09:54] [SPEAKER_07]: And now I'm pretty much like putting that to the test again.
[00:09:57] [SPEAKER_07]: What I've learned now how I'll set up the meeting,
[00:10:00] [SPEAKER_07]: and I'm in my company.
[00:10:02] [SPEAKER_07]: How can I best think into the time that I have?
[00:10:07] [SPEAKER_07]: So also I'd like to walk around talking to some of the other two computers and stuff
[00:10:12] [SPEAKER_07]: that I had the pitchfest out that was good.
[00:10:16] [SPEAKER_07]: My favorite one has been, I have two things.
[00:10:19] [SPEAKER_07]: So first was the FD experts.
[00:10:22] [SPEAKER_07]: I mean that like one-on-one was really good.
[00:10:27] [SPEAKER_07]: And then when other people walk up and we'll all be like,
[00:10:30] [SPEAKER_07]: yeah me too.
[00:10:31] [SPEAKER_07]: We just be able to tell and make some connections that way.
[00:10:35] [SPEAKER_07]: And also I've just been a remundek.
[00:10:38] [SPEAKER_07]: So we had all day studying for the HR and FD and meeting it for us.
[00:10:47] [SPEAKER_07]: And that was a really good opportunity to kick off with some of our colleagues.
[00:10:50] [SPEAKER_12]: And we should know that DN1 and I'm very prestigious at Work 5.
[00:10:54] [SPEAKER_12]: I'm a very rare one.
[00:10:55] [SPEAKER_07]: So what do you say?
[00:10:56] [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, well, what do you say?
[00:10:59] [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, that was a prize.
[00:11:01] [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, I don't know.
[00:11:02] [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, I mean is this your first one or not?
[00:11:04] [SPEAKER_08]: So I'm 100% there.
[00:11:05] [SPEAKER_08]: I've worked for a career in February, but it's done up at the New Year.
[00:11:09] [SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I'll show you three thousand employees.
[00:11:10] [SPEAKER_08]: This is my second major tech conference.
[00:11:13] [SPEAKER_08]: So I joined Kerry last year as a peer.
[00:11:16] [SPEAKER_08]: And you know what I say?
[00:11:18] [SPEAKER_08]: I've really enjoyed the conference.
[00:11:21] [SPEAKER_08]: I think a lot of questions I had to make out of last year about how points and issues can positively
[00:11:27] [SPEAKER_08]: or negatively impact impact experience.
[00:11:29] [SPEAKER_08]: This year, the AI thread that is going through the input experience when the forward has been
[00:11:35] [SPEAKER_08]: incredibly insightful.
[00:11:37] [SPEAKER_08]: And like I said, it answered a lot of the questions I had to have done last year.
[00:11:41] [SPEAKER_08]: How do we tie it all together?
[00:11:42] [SPEAKER_08]: How can impact impact impact experience?
[00:11:44] [SPEAKER_08]: They don't need it more than they're growing through these various systems.
[00:11:47] [SPEAKER_08]: We need to create an experience where we can put them in their answers,
[00:11:50] [SPEAKER_08]: their outcomes, their actions.
[00:11:52] [SPEAKER_08]: So that's been really cool to see.
[00:11:55] [SPEAKER_08]: How do we now turn that into?
[00:11:57] [SPEAKER_08]: How we implement our global experience?
[00:11:59] [SPEAKER_12]: The hard work on that, right?
[00:12:01] [SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, yeah, there's a lot of solutions out there, focus on that.
[00:12:04] [SPEAKER_08]: And something that I think will help every employer and the way experience it.
[00:12:09] [SPEAKER_08]: Then you get better engagement.
[00:12:10] [SPEAKER_08]: And then you get to start to really engage with different ways and understand what motivates them
[00:12:15] [SPEAKER_08]: and how we can work towards improving their, you know, what they do for a living.
[00:12:20] [SPEAKER_08]: You want them to be happy and then the other friends and then we can grow as an organization.
[00:12:25] [SPEAKER_08]: So it's been really, I think I've also met a few of our customers.
[00:12:29] [SPEAKER_08]: Last year I did not meet investors.
[00:12:31] [SPEAKER_08]: So it was really interesting to hear what they're doing here and their feedback on their view of the world.
[00:12:37] [SPEAKER_08]: And then when you hear our feedback and is it just a sales minister hearing?
[00:12:43] [SPEAKER_08]: Or, what's it like who's on the ground?
[00:12:46] [SPEAKER_08]: So...
[00:12:46] [SPEAKER_12]: It's great.
[00:12:47] [SPEAKER_12]: I was like, your guys perspective on the vendors you're using is really important,
[00:12:50] [SPEAKER_12]: especially investors.
[00:12:52] [SPEAKER_12]: And that's what our whole research is based off of,
[00:12:54] [SPEAKER_12]: but everybody wants to hear what you guys think about.
[00:12:57] [SPEAKER_12]: So we will give all the T-Li here at this too,
[00:13:00] [SPEAKER_12]: but it's definitely not surprised you guys are getting a tap to give your opinion.
[00:13:05] [SPEAKER_12]: We've got to do probably the one fun question.
[00:13:08] [SPEAKER_12]: What's the favorite charge fee? Do we have a favorite charge for this year?
[00:13:13] [SPEAKER_11]: I have found two long-ass.
[00:13:16] [SPEAKER_11]: Two long-ass.
[00:13:17] [SPEAKER_11]: Two long-ass.
[00:13:17] [SPEAKER_11]: Two December long-ass from Tony, you've never been to Pam's song in Washington.
[00:13:22] [SPEAKER_12]: Oh, very difficult.
[00:13:24] [SPEAKER_12]: All right, I'd like that. How about you guys? Anything interesting on your side?
[00:13:28] [SPEAKER_07]: I had like an Arab-rushed, Arab-rushed waterbind.
[00:13:30] [SPEAKER_07]: So they did win markers.
[00:13:31] [SPEAKER_07]: So I got Anna, she's like a daughter's birthday and a DNA.
[00:13:36] [SPEAKER_07]: So that way she can get all of her.
[00:13:38] [SPEAKER_07]: Oh, she takes it.
[00:13:40] [SPEAKER_07]: She takes it.
[00:13:40] [SPEAKER_07]: She takes it.
[00:13:41] [SPEAKER_04]: So it's totally customized for you.
[00:13:44] [SPEAKER_04]: It's a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.
[00:13:46] [SPEAKER_08]: So I've been a pretty selective with my carry-on son.
[00:13:50] [SPEAKER_08]: What I can't do, but I've got a sign book.
[00:13:54] [SPEAKER_12]: Oh yes?
[00:13:56] [SPEAKER_08]: No, no, no, no.
[00:13:56] [SPEAKER_08]: I'm not a charge.
[00:13:58] [SPEAKER_12]: I don't really like that.
[00:13:59] [SPEAKER_12]: Oh, that's a charge.
[00:14:01] [SPEAKER_12]: That's a...
[00:14:02] [SPEAKER_12]: That's a...
[00:14:03] [SPEAKER_12]: Do you have some...
[00:14:04] [SPEAKER_12]: Do you have some confidence to choose one here in there?
[00:14:08] [SPEAKER_08]: But no, there's a lot of good charges out here.
[00:14:11] [SPEAKER_08]: You have to say, have some of them from our...
[00:14:12] [SPEAKER_08]: ...or our pink team.
[00:14:13] [SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
[00:14:14] [SPEAKER_08]: That is running around and making...
[00:14:17] [SPEAKER_08]: ...gave her changes to what she plans to bring a different presence for our company.
[00:14:22] [SPEAKER_08]: Wow.
[00:14:23] [SPEAKER_08]: A huge recovery for our future.
[00:14:24] [SPEAKER_08]: Yes.
[00:14:26] [SPEAKER_08]: So I've been very selective with you.
[00:14:30] [SPEAKER_12]: How are you guys getting?
[00:14:31] [SPEAKER_12]: I'm getting a pretty happy relationship, really.
[00:14:32] [SPEAKER_12]: So you know, usually do that too, but...
[00:14:35] [SPEAKER_10]: No, I mean, I think I mentioned, I think bringing vendors watch them in is always asking me,
[00:14:40] [SPEAKER_10]: what are what's out there on them?
[00:14:42] [SPEAKER_10]: And we'll collapse, we'll don't, we'll just what happened.
[00:14:44] [SPEAKER_10]: It's just a game.
[00:14:46] [SPEAKER_10]: But I have to, like, do anything that has a personalization.
[00:14:51] [SPEAKER_10]: Anything where they get a gear brush and do something for them, I know.
[00:14:54] [SPEAKER_10]: Just another wrong thing.
[00:15:00] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so everybody doing caricatures.
[00:15:03] [SPEAKER_04]: The little caricatures that actually fit in your batch.
[00:15:07] [SPEAKER_04]: So it's like...
[00:15:08] [SPEAKER_12]: So it was a very cool, yeah.
[00:15:10] [SPEAKER_12]: Yes, it.
[00:15:12] [SPEAKER_12]: We're all playing summer behind the camera.
[00:15:14] [SPEAKER_12]: And there you go, summer down.
[00:15:21] [SPEAKER_02]: That's cool.
[00:15:22] [SPEAKER_10]: I didn't know that things were gonna happen.
[00:15:24] [SPEAKER_10]: It was what comes summer, you have to be on this summer or Yano who works with us.
[00:15:28] [SPEAKER_10]: And this is not only her first HR tech experience, but she's coming here.
[00:15:33] [SPEAKER_10]: Just fresh, not knowing any of these vendors, so she gets a really attractive perspective.
[00:15:37] [SPEAKER_04]: Come on up, Summer.
[00:15:40] [SPEAKER_04]: Summer or Yano! Come on, Yano!
[00:15:43] [SPEAKER_10]: Come on, Yano!
[00:15:43] [SPEAKER_12]: I'm gonna be a nice, very technical discipline.
[00:15:47] [SPEAKER_12]: So Summer, I'll ask you questions, you get started.
[00:15:49] [SPEAKER_12]: What's your first impression of this event you knew?
[00:15:52] [SPEAKER_09]: Not in her all it is.
[00:16:00] [SPEAKER_09]: She's not like a flea marty to a lot of bigger.
[00:16:02] [SPEAKER_09]: Very smartly.
[00:16:05] [SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, yeah.
[00:16:05] [SPEAKER_03]: She's got a dad who will give you some questions.
[00:16:08] [SPEAKER_09]: They definitely weigh bigger.
[00:16:10] [SPEAKER_09]: And where do they put it all when it's all over?
[00:16:12] [SPEAKER_02]: That's me.
[00:16:13] [SPEAKER_02]: What happened to all this stuff on this season?
[00:16:15] [SPEAKER_09]: I think I think it's weird to say it all about...
[00:16:18] [SPEAKER_04]: To the FedEx office.
[00:16:22] [SPEAKER_09]: They're keeping my next investment in it.
[00:16:23] [SPEAKER_04]: Oh yeah.
[00:16:24] [SPEAKER_09]: It's like good.
[00:16:28] [SPEAKER_04]: What are your favorite touchkeys?
[00:16:30] [SPEAKER_09]: Oh, I got a real Stanley, not just an off-market,
[00:16:34] [SPEAKER_09]: Stanley, real, and a screen printed shirt, which was pretty cool.
[00:16:39] [SPEAKER_09]: Could you have more of the stockings?
[00:16:41] [SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, it's pretty cool.
[00:16:43] [SPEAKER_02]: And can you spell Chashky?
[00:16:45] [SPEAKER_09]: No, I can't know what to touch.
[00:16:47] [SPEAKER_02]: You can't touch me.
[00:16:47] [SPEAKER_12]: It's like a long start type.
[00:16:50] [SPEAKER_12]: Swabs are as swag.
[00:16:52] [SPEAKER_12]: I said you've got touchkeys.
[00:16:53] [SPEAKER_12]: I said you've got touchkeys.
[00:16:53] [SPEAKER_12]: Oh, yeah.
[00:16:56] [SPEAKER_02]: Some of that need some lip balm, which I greatly appreciate.
[00:16:58] [SPEAKER_02]: Isn't that neat right now?
[00:17:00] [SPEAKER_09]: That's not the bottom.
[00:17:01] [SPEAKER_09]: I thought it was a boundless lip balm.
[00:17:05] [SPEAKER_02]: The ground on the ground on the ground.
[00:17:08] [SPEAKER_12]: That's what I'll take that.
[00:17:10] [SPEAKER_08]: It doesn't fit into this.
[00:17:12] [SPEAKER_08]: I didn't hurt to me.
[00:17:13] [SPEAKER_12]: I think my swag game is pretty sad.
[00:17:14] [SPEAKER_12]: I didn't take anything because I was full back because I know how much they're saving it for people who were going to buy the products.
[00:17:20] [SPEAKER_12]: But I got a tip of up and give me a flashlight.
[00:17:22] [SPEAKER_12]: And I was like, well, I'll take this.
[00:17:23] [SPEAKER_12]: I can always use flashlight.
[00:17:26] [SPEAKER_12]: So, I'm here.
[00:17:28] [SPEAKER_04]: You know, I live in Florida.
[00:17:30] [SPEAKER_04]: We are under Hurricane Watch.
[00:17:32] [SPEAKER_04]: I have a sort of under a morning.
[00:17:34] [SPEAKER_04]: So there are never enough flashlight to have.
[00:17:37] [SPEAKER_04]: So I love the flashlight and the other thing that I got was a sign to one of our vendors has written our co-author book that is about the trials and tribulations of HR technology.
[00:17:50] [SPEAKER_04]: And it's a little bit fact.
[00:17:52] [SPEAKER_04]: It's a little bit fiction and she gave me a sign to work and put it in a special place.
[00:17:58] [SPEAKER_04]: Thank you.
[00:17:59] [SPEAKER_04]: Thank you.
[00:17:59] [SPEAKER_04]: I was in a lot of my Facebook thing.
[00:18:02] [SPEAKER_12]: Thank you.
[00:18:03] [SPEAKER_12]: I have one.
[00:18:04] [SPEAKER_12]: Sure she's got one.
[00:18:05] [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, I definitely need to.
[00:18:06] [SPEAKER_12]: Sorry guys we're off-chanting on the unthink.
[00:18:09] [SPEAKER_12]: We probably should have a little bit.
[00:18:11] [SPEAKER_12]: Well, any other perspective somewhere from the first time, like how big it is and how it's walking there is.
[00:18:17] [SPEAKER_09]: It's a lot of walking and I walked eight miles and heels yesterday.
[00:18:21] [SPEAKER_04]: You know that is the first time when initiation process is right?
[00:18:25] [SPEAKER_04]: It must have been one or a head of time.
[00:18:27] [SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I was more than I was just like I can't.
[00:18:30] [SPEAKER_09]: We're 10 issues and today I was like I'm more in 10.
[00:18:31] [SPEAKER_09]: Overall it's a bit of experience and I came into a comment and I'm leaving comment.
[00:18:37] [SPEAKER_12]: I wasn't really obsessed and it was really effective because of you.
[00:18:40] [SPEAKER_12]: Yes, let's go.
[00:18:41] [SPEAKER_12]: We're not seeing you.
[00:18:42] [SPEAKER_12]: We've got a very good help with that.
[00:18:44] [SPEAKER_12]: So do we want to talk a little bit about sessions then?
[00:18:46] [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, I don't know.
[00:18:47] [SPEAKER_12]: You have a message to attach a thing but let's flip back.
[00:18:50] [SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
[00:18:51] [SPEAKER_09]: Thank you so much.
[00:18:52] [SPEAKER_12]: Thanks so much.
[00:18:56] [SPEAKER_12]: Have you delivered several sessions?
[00:18:58] [SPEAKER_12]: We've got one more to go on the skills.
[00:19:00] [SPEAKER_12]: What have you guys seen at the event?
[00:19:03] [SPEAKER_12]: Have you been at Dubai?
[00:19:03] [SPEAKER_12]: I know you said he's been a lot of time here in the tour for a while more than last year.
[00:19:06] [SPEAKER_12]: But were there any sessions that were in a project?
[00:19:09] [SPEAKER_12]: Well besides, thanks as you can.
[00:19:11] [SPEAKER_12]: We've got a few sessions.
[00:19:13] [SPEAKER_12]: And Terry's part.
[00:19:14] [SPEAKER_12]: Terry's part.
[00:19:14] [SPEAKER_12]: Terry's part.
[00:19:14] [SPEAKER_12]: I'm not sure.
[00:19:16] [SPEAKER_12]: But no, honestly, I'd be into it because we don't get to see him.
[00:19:18] [SPEAKER_12]: I've never got to see the session though.
[00:19:20] [SPEAKER_11]: Of course, first person's key to it.
[00:19:26] [SPEAKER_11]: I mean, always hate for those of knowledge comes out of that.
[00:19:28] [SPEAKER_11]: If I go see Josh and he's over here because the conference case person is over there.
[00:19:33] [SPEAKER_11]: There's so much knowledge about him.
[00:19:36] [SPEAKER_11]: That's fantastic.
[00:19:37] [SPEAKER_11]: I've eliminated how many sessions I'm going to, again, exchange my first time.
[00:19:42] [SPEAKER_11]: I've got a little bit this year.
[00:19:44] [SPEAKER_11]: Some of the ones, get a little safer.
[00:19:46] [SPEAKER_11]: So I move on.
[00:19:48] [SPEAKER_12]: A little hint to everyone.
[00:19:49] [SPEAKER_12]: So he doesn't do well in pens.
[00:19:52] [SPEAKER_11]: I really want to hear about solutions and really want to hear practical about practical applications.
[00:19:57] [SPEAKER_11]: And there's not an end to mind of dealing with that.
[00:20:03] [SPEAKER_11]: But it's, of course, the right thing.
[00:20:07] [SPEAKER_11]: I don't know.
[00:20:07] [SPEAKER_11]: But my time on the floor is been really good because I've worked so much for so many
[00:20:12] [SPEAKER_11]: years.
[00:20:12] [SPEAKER_11]: I really, and I stopped to talk to those that I didn't believe in having a desire to investigate
[00:20:19] [SPEAKER_11]: and I learned something from them.
[00:20:22] [SPEAKER_12]: You're a bit of a user and you want to mention that you think they're working for a paying attention
[00:20:26] [SPEAKER_12]: question.
[00:20:27] [SPEAKER_11]: And that's the chance to find out.
[00:20:29] [SPEAKER_11]: The one I was referencing earlier is DSA.
[00:20:32] [SPEAKER_11]: When I stumbled upon that they do have a contract with the drugstreaming.
[00:20:37] [SPEAKER_11]: And I'm not going to say that's the fact that it's all of it and they have more data
[00:20:41] [SPEAKER_11]: if you don't know if that is beautiful than amazing.
[00:20:44] [SPEAKER_11]: And they haven't done a lot of other clients functionality in their pool as well.
[00:20:50] [SPEAKER_11]: That helps you automate a lot of things they can do today.
[00:20:54] [SPEAKER_11]: So it was really interesting and it was a really nice find that I could not have been.
[00:20:59] [SPEAKER_12]: Very cool.
[00:20:59] [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, and it's almost finally finally one's true.
[00:21:01] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
[00:21:02] [SPEAKER_04]: Just as I, it sounds like that vendor listened to G-G-U and what you were looking for.
[00:21:10] [SPEAKER_04]: And then figured out how their solution might fit.
[00:21:15] [SPEAKER_11]: Well, they heard me talking to the talk-
[00:21:17] [SPEAKER_11]: Ah!
[00:21:19] [SPEAKER_11]: There wasn't there.
[00:21:21] [SPEAKER_11]: And then they had a carefree child who bought us.
[00:21:24] [SPEAKER_11]: I said sure I was going.
[00:21:25] [SPEAKER_11]: And then they did a big one with us and then they did an amazing job.
[00:21:29] [SPEAKER_11]: So we're going to be making a little bit of a good video there.
[00:21:31] [SPEAKER_11]: And they said, well, let's just talk to you.
[00:21:33] [SPEAKER_11]: I was like, okay, great.
[00:21:34] [SPEAKER_11]: So we're going to be in finance.
[00:21:39] [SPEAKER_11]: So we...
[00:21:40] [SPEAKER_11]: I'm going to be talking to you more.
[00:21:45] [SPEAKER_04]: And so for our vendor colleagues who are out on the export floor and heard several people say,
[00:21:52] [SPEAKER_04]: Gosh, we're all the buyers, we're all the practitioners.
[00:21:55] [SPEAKER_04]: They're here.
[00:21:56] [SPEAKER_04]: And they are watching and they are listening and it sounds like those vendors who are approaching
[00:22:03] [SPEAKER_04]: our buyer colleagues with kind of an open mind and listening to what you're looking for versus,
[00:22:11] [SPEAKER_04]: here's what I have to sell.
[00:22:13] [SPEAKER_04]: Yes, are probably doing a little better.
[00:22:15] [SPEAKER_11]: Yes, that is a true story.
[00:22:25] [SPEAKER_11]: I was staying and talking to you.
[00:22:30] [SPEAKER_12]: That's good advice.
[00:22:32] [SPEAKER_12]: Thank you.
[00:22:33] [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, very good.
[00:22:34] [SPEAKER_12]: But how about you guys on the other side here?
[00:22:36] [SPEAKER_12]: Any vendors you guys are already thinking of guys from the session?
[00:22:39] [SPEAKER_12]: Did you guys feel really important this year?
[00:22:41] [SPEAKER_07]: I haven't attended a whole lot of other sessions.
[00:22:44] [SPEAKER_07]: I did the keynote the first day.
[00:22:47] [SPEAKER_07]: I walked in, passed down the wall and I walked out.
[00:22:52] [SPEAKER_07]: I'm like, I'm a choreographer.
[00:22:55] [SPEAKER_07]: But it was that show actually the interest that we had at the top there again.
[00:23:02] [SPEAKER_07]: But again, it was really to ask the experts and then walking around like, I gained so much knowledge from bad just having some more conversations with people
[00:23:10] [SPEAKER_07]: and I can't necessarily think off top of my head at vendors, but some of them went ahead like to see when inside the old anniversary.
[00:23:20] [SPEAKER_07]: There was a lot of them going on.
[00:23:21] [SPEAKER_07]: I was so close to one and I didn't notice that at first to we were talking about to study at compliance.
[00:23:31] [SPEAKER_07]: But it was blue.
[00:23:33] [SPEAKER_07]: And I was an account client and possible.
[00:23:35] [SPEAKER_07]: I saw they did a whole lot more and they were actually part of the Vivo's and the social media app.
[00:23:41] [SPEAKER_07]: I said, oh my goodness. We had really good conversation and they just started counting the information and it was just right.
[00:23:49] [SPEAKER_07]: So I thought that was really good.
[00:23:51] [SPEAKER_07]: And I just got a lot of value.
[00:23:53] [SPEAKER_07]: I've got that now.
[00:23:54] [SPEAKER_07]: It's just listening to other people talk.
[00:23:57] [SPEAKER_07]: I just really want to take it in, but taking the right stuff.
[00:24:00] [SPEAKER_02]: I think that's right.
[00:24:01] [SPEAKER_02]: The sessions are great, but the one on one conversations that you can have with people here,
[00:24:07] [SPEAKER_02]: whether it's other practitioners or vendors or thought leaders or analysts.
[00:24:14] [SPEAKER_02]: There's just such an opportunity to connect with a lot of different people with a lot of different perspectives
[00:24:20] [SPEAKER_02]: to help you sort of shape what it is you're trying to do with your HR technology.
[00:24:25] [SPEAKER_02]: It's amazing.
[00:24:27] [SPEAKER_02]: And the next time you come, set up as many appointments as you can in advance because it's hard to find people.
[00:24:34] [SPEAKER_02]: You want to make the best use of your time.
[00:24:36] [SPEAKER_02]: If you didn't do that this year next time, I think that's always a huge help.
[00:24:41] [SPEAKER_02]: We do that, not that we always make all of them.
[00:24:45] [SPEAKER_02]: I didn't make all my business.
[00:24:47] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm so sorry.
[00:24:49] [SPEAKER_02]: That will make it up to you.
[00:24:50] [SPEAKER_02]: I promise.
[00:24:51] [SPEAKER_02]: The constant thing of where we're supposed to be at Starbucks or in the end, is the room.
[00:24:55] [SPEAKER_02]: It's a good text, but that's also something that obviously helps.
[00:25:00] [SPEAKER_12]: You can do that with vendors.
[00:25:01] [SPEAKER_12]: You can reach out and say, I want to do it.
[00:25:03] [SPEAKER_12]: So I just want your hair.
[00:25:04] [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, because I made some of them.
[00:25:06] [SPEAKER_07]: So my cancer valve, because I get...
[00:25:08] [SPEAKER_07]: Get a talk to them a little earlier.
[00:25:10] [SPEAKER_07]: If I had fun doing the care of them, get that.
[00:25:13] [SPEAKER_12]: Oh, that's very cool.
[00:25:15] [SPEAKER_07]: Nice.
[00:25:16] [SPEAKER_07]: And what song did you sing?
[00:25:18] [SPEAKER_12]: I got another one.
[00:25:20] [SPEAKER_03]: I'm sorry, I got a little bit.
[00:25:22] [SPEAKER_03]: The mic was...
[00:25:24] [SPEAKER_12]: The mic wasn't open.
[00:25:27] [SPEAKER_12]: Okay, I think that's what I'm asking how do you know that.
[00:25:30] [SPEAKER_08]: This is a mic for such a thing.
[00:25:33] Yeah.
[00:25:35] [SPEAKER_08]: I wonder how about you?
[00:25:36] [SPEAKER_08]: So it's one of the first, I went...
[00:25:44] [SPEAKER_08]: I went and saw a poor girl who were working this morning.
[00:25:55] [SPEAKER_08]: I wanted to see what other boys and boys are out there.
[00:25:58] [SPEAKER_08]: What they're doing compared to what we're seeing.
[00:26:01] [SPEAKER_08]: I'm getting boots on the ground, coming out.
[00:26:02] [SPEAKER_08]: And I was a pretty press for a leading tour.
[00:26:07] [SPEAKER_08]: A lot of them play experience with me.
[00:26:13] [SPEAKER_08]: One of the first sessions I went to, and then they had me.
[00:26:15] [SPEAKER_08]: I went to the pooling experience, going to what I thought better.
[00:26:18] [SPEAKER_08]: I was stopping by, or yesterday, and it was about how to assess your current snack in Adam IV.
[00:26:27] [SPEAKER_08]: It was a slightly different twist on what we've been learning before.
[00:26:31] [SPEAKER_08]: But getting it from a different angle, I was like a bag.
[00:26:34] [SPEAKER_08]: It was a sound of fundamentals, I hope we've been discussing.
[00:26:38] [SPEAKER_08]: A couple of tweets that I can see being...
[00:26:40] [SPEAKER_08]: And to the pegs.
[00:26:42] [SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, to another pool, the two bell to look at it.
[00:26:44] [SPEAKER_08]: As you're talking to people, maybe one angle is resonating.
[00:26:48] [SPEAKER_08]: So having another tour with the two bell was really, really, really a pack of those in the 30 minutes.
[00:26:52] [SPEAKER_08]: It's just a fast and furious.
[00:26:54] [SPEAKER_08]: I'm not having to share that next time.
[00:26:55] [SPEAKER_08]: Very well, yeah.
[00:26:56] [SPEAKER_08]: It was really getting to some of the stuff that I've been talking about.
[00:27:01] [SPEAKER_12]: It was just a perfect amount of time.
[00:27:02] [SPEAKER_12]: It has a big strategic stuff.
[00:27:04] [SPEAKER_12]: It's so hard when you try to figure out that text act, right?
[00:27:06] [SPEAKER_12]: Where does things for them?
[00:27:07] [SPEAKER_12]: That they have a lot of what we've heard in the conversation.
[00:27:09] [SPEAKER_04]: And just another tip for our colleagues out there who are delivering sessions.
[00:27:15] [SPEAKER_04]: What I heard you say is make it relevant, make it pragmatic,
[00:27:20] [SPEAKER_04]: and you don't need to hold our to share great stuff and make it real.
[00:27:25] [SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
[00:27:28] [SPEAKER_08]: It was that you guys think that I was on the touch 72 systems.
[00:27:35] [SPEAKER_08]: Oh.
[00:27:36] [SPEAKER_08]: You have no ideas in any user that you're touching on the systems.
[00:27:39] [SPEAKER_08]: And I don't care.
[00:27:40] [SPEAKER_12]: Yes.
[00:27:41] [SPEAKER_08]: Me as a HR practitioner on building art,
[00:27:45] [SPEAKER_08]: please, I don't want to have to integrate 72 systems to make that happen.
[00:27:50] [SPEAKER_08]: But you know, just give this tangible.
[00:27:52] [SPEAKER_08]: That's something that I do everyday.
[00:27:58] [SPEAKER_08]: But of course we do.
[00:28:00] [SPEAKER_12]: I'm not even inviting you.
[00:28:01] [SPEAKER_12]: I'm not saying buttons.
[00:28:03] [SPEAKER_12]: I got no.
[00:28:04] [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know how many boxes are sitting in my front.
[00:28:08] [SPEAKER_02]: This is not an ad for an ad.
[00:28:09] [SPEAKER_08]: I'm not going to get blown away in the room.
[00:28:15] [SPEAKER_12]: Well, thank you guys.
[00:28:16] [SPEAKER_12]: This has been a great overview of everything.
[00:28:18] [SPEAKER_12]: I know.
[00:28:19] [SPEAKER_12]: But if you have an ad, you need to kind of give your two steps.
[00:28:21] [SPEAKER_12]: Anything for your new issue that you were, where is private?
[00:28:23] [SPEAKER_10]: I'm very much like Susan and that one I love going to this part of the Lianne
[00:28:28] [SPEAKER_10]: or whatever they really made me into.
[00:28:30] [SPEAKER_10]: And getting a sense for what's new.
[00:28:33] [SPEAKER_10]: I mean, we're in that business trying to know what's happening.
[00:28:35] [SPEAKER_10]: I know this, the services a lot of and sort of going for me.
[00:28:41] [SPEAKER_10]: What that tells me is that there's all of this.
[00:28:45] [SPEAKER_10]: For all these become these, there's still some meaning for these services.
[00:28:49] [SPEAKER_10]: Whether it's all we're doing or tiring or we're doing just education and managers in that space.
[00:28:57] [SPEAKER_10]: Okay, well, then clearly they're not finding that meaning you can create their own company.
[00:29:01] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, one size does not fit all right.
[00:29:03] [SPEAKER_10]: So it's something I'll wear.
[00:29:04] [SPEAKER_10]: Did I hear that?
[00:29:06] [SPEAKER_10]: So it's been really wonderful.
[00:29:08] [SPEAKER_10]: I do love the connections and I remember last year, we come up to us.
[00:29:15] [SPEAKER_10]: We've chatted with one email and came up first one in our scene.
[00:29:20] [SPEAKER_10]: And now here we are as later in the story.
[00:29:23] [SPEAKER_03]: We're working together.
[00:29:24] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I'm not too proud of that.
[00:29:26] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I'm happy to be back.
[00:29:29] [SPEAKER_10]: I do enjoy the connection.
[00:29:31] [SPEAKER_10]: So they can be made here because it is a school just to general see how it's doing.
[00:29:38] [SPEAKER_10]: You've got everything from stakes to visual analytics and all stringing I program for.
[00:29:44] [SPEAKER_10]: I'm cutting edge, but it's the same time.
[00:29:46] [SPEAKER_10]: The world of HR is expanding so great.
[00:29:49] [SPEAKER_10]: And what that means is working with people.
[00:29:51] [SPEAKER_10]: And yet, I mean a little intimidating when you're trying to do probably art when you have 20 sentences.
[00:29:55] [SPEAKER_10]: You don't want to scare me.
[00:29:57] [SPEAKER_10]: I love that's the way it works and a lot of things you can really be helping with the action you have on this.
[00:30:04] [SPEAKER_12]: It's, I think, you know, it is surprising every time I come here that I find something new
[00:30:10] [SPEAKER_12]: that I haven't thought about it that isn't HR thing.
[00:30:13] [SPEAKER_12]: Like I think last year, it was something that we were stuck on in our own.
[00:30:16] [SPEAKER_12]: That's an HR thing, right?
[00:30:18] [SPEAKER_12]: Here we talk about food and the compliance and it's not all just technology.
[00:30:23] [SPEAKER_12]: It is also about how do we create that experience that works for employees.
[00:30:27] [SPEAKER_12]: Guys, this has been such a good session.
[00:30:29] [SPEAKER_12]: I hope we can repeat next year or whatever year as you guys come back for audience out there.
[00:30:35] [SPEAKER_12]: We really, we haven't even come in yet.
[00:30:37] [SPEAKER_12]: No, okay, and we move away from someone else's doing.
[00:30:39] [SPEAKER_12]: For audience, I just want to say thank you for joining us here.
[00:30:42] [SPEAKER_12]: We love having everybody get a chance to hear a little bit of on the ground feedback and what's happening in the session.
[00:30:48] [SPEAKER_12]: A couple of quick, I think, updates on other things that you might want to be aware of that came out of the session.
[00:30:52] [SPEAKER_12]: One is we are going to do a replay, plus little addition to the session that we did here on HR technology, launching the voice of the customer segments of the HR systems.
[00:31:02] [SPEAKER_12]: I'm October 31st when we launch the full paper.
[00:31:04] [SPEAKER_12]: So if you missed it here, you can see in the webinar on October 31st.
[00:31:08] [SPEAKER_12]: Michelle Halloween at the special Halloween episode.
[00:31:11] [SPEAKER_12]: I might have bought a really cute costume just for us.
[00:31:15] [SPEAKER_12]: Okay, now we have to all get close to you.
[00:31:17] [SPEAKER_12]: Here we go.
[00:31:18] [SPEAKER_12]: I don't know.
[00:31:19] [SPEAKER_12]: Terry, believe we've been talking with Danielle about maybe doing a not a recap or maybe some sort of follow-up to the conversation you've had on Jay to get out of the afternoon.
[00:31:26] [SPEAKER_02]: We're going to be down the schedule yet, but we want to do a webinar and maybe a podcast and get that out because seeing the energy behind that topic was amazing.
[00:31:36] [SPEAKER_12]: It was huge.
[00:31:37] [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, we are going to do a skills workshop with probably do that in webinar forms.
[00:31:40] [SPEAKER_12]: I know this group here is already told us that skills are really being topic, so we'll probably be doing that as well.
[00:31:45] [SPEAKER_12]: But thank you guys.
[00:31:47] [SPEAKER_12]: Any additional questions you've ever think you'd like us to find out next year?
[00:31:50] [SPEAKER_12]: Put them in the comments and we'll be sure to do it.
[00:31:52] [SPEAKER_12]: So everybody's fine.
[00:31:53] [SPEAKER_12]: Thank you.
[00:31:54] [SPEAKER_12]: Bye.
