Stop trying to lure employees back to the office
Offer less gym memberships and more freedom of wellness options
Admit leadership has unconscious biases before attempting to fix it
Expand parental leave benefits to include caretaking and family addiction
Allow employees to choose student loan repayments instead of 401k contributions
Be radically transparent with workers during an IPO
