Rick Davis (https://www.linkedin.com/in/rick-davis-620ba611/) is a retired battalion chief from the Loveland Fire Rescue Authority, Colorado. He was in the fire service for 37 years including volunteer and military firefighting, and 29½ years with Love l and Fire. During his 14½ years as a battalion chief, Rick served as a shift commander and also the department’s training chief. Rick is the owner of Impactus! Cultivating Today's Leaders, providing leadership speaking, training, and coaching services. He is a member of the John Maxwell Team, and authored "The Furnace of Leadership Development, How to Mold Integrity and Character in Today's World." Rick has a BS in business administration, MS in Executive Fire Service Leadership, and is a graduate of the National Fire Academy's four-year Executive Fire Officer Program.
