Trisha also has a law degree, but took a different path, ultimately applying her legal knowledge to the HR Industry, where she has over 13 years of experience. Trisha is the Chief Employee Engagement Officer at Monarch, consulting with employers to make sure they are getting the most out of their employees by creating workplace environments where employees are seen, heard, respected, and empowered. Trisha also conducts various HR trainings around the country.
