Before Sapient, Teri held senior leadership roles at Mercer, including Software Business Leader, Product Strategy, Head of Client Success for Talent Technology, and directed the brand rebuild of the Compensation solution at Peoplefluent ahead of their acquisition. She holds a BS in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Louisville.
