I help organizations and HR leaders navigate complexity with clarity, practicality, and a deep respect for the realities of people-driven work.
With more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, manufacturing, local government, technology, B2C sales, and restaurant operations, I partner with leaders to design workforce strategies that hold up under real-world pressure. My work focuses on leadership development, learning design, culture, and systems that support both performance and people.
I hold a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation and the SHRM-SCP credential. My doctoral research examined how HR professionals across generations experience learning and development, and why so many programs fail to translate into real behavior change. That research informs how I approach consulting, speaking, and leadership development. Practical, flexible, and clearly connected to the work leaders are expected to do.
In practice, I advise executive teams on leadership and workforce strategy, compensation and pay structure design, succession and workforce planning, compliance-informed decision-making, and the implementation of HR technology and systems. I bring particular depth across multi-site manufacturing environments, small and family-owned businesses, and public sector municipalities, where tradition, scale, regulation, and change intersect.
In addition to consulting, I lead enterprise HR thought leadership initiatives, speak at national conferences, and host a nationally recognized HR podcast. My work supports leadership capability, performance management, and inclusive workplace practices, with measurable impact on organizational effectiveness and long-term readiness.
I am known for translating research into action and helping leaders move from intention to execution. My approach is human-centered, evidence-informed, and grounded in how work actually gets done.
