I believe that HR should be the reason work gets better - not the excuse for why it doesn't.

I'm an HR leader, a workplace realist, and a people strategist - one who's spent a career advocating for systems that serve people, not just process. I talk about work through the lens of HR, write about how we can fix it, and think about what's next. I'm certainly not here to romanticize the workplace, but I am here to humanize it.
