She has led enterprise-wide initiatives in strategy, talent management, acquisition, DEI, leadership development, and workforce transformation—delivering measurable impact through a blend of innovation, inclusion, and pragmatic execution.

As the host of The Shift Show, Rachel helps professionals see the changes reshaping work and prepare for what’s next. She equips them with the skills to stay relevant, adapt with confidence, and understand the new rules of work in an AI-driven world.

Rachel earned an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University, a Master of Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a professional degree in Architecture from the University of Arkansas. She also holds multiple certifications in HR and Six Sigma and is a licensed architect. This diverse foundation enables her to approach talent systems as integrated ecosystems that balance strategy, design, and human experience.

Beyond her professional roles, Rachel is most proud of her role as a parent, spouse, and multi-generational caretaker, as well as her leadership within her community. She brings this perspective of empathy and resilience into her leadership, championing workplaces that support people not just as employees, but as whole humans navigating full lives.
