Lee Cage Jr. is a strategist, technology anthropologist, and relentless connector on a mission to spark real transformation. As Director of Technology, Strategy, and Transformation at BDO USA, he leads large technology implementations, strategy, and transformation initiatives. In 2023, after experiencing multiple layoffs at a prior organization, Lee launched "15 Minutes With" and, in the fall of 2025, "15 Minutes With" joined WRKdefined Podcast Network.
Lee brings nearly two decades of discipline and technology innovation to everything he does. A recognized thought leader and Forbes Technology Council member, he brings expertise across platforms like Workday & Smartsheet, helping organizations scale smarter and with purpose. His story is marked by service, from his years in uniform to his work championing causes like Mariams Promise, March of Dimes Middle TN and more.
Lee holds an MBA from Emory University, an MAOL from Lipscomb University, where he is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Strategic Innovation.
