I also leverage my extensive background in higher education and customer success, having served as a VP at two high-growth startups through a successful exit, and I hold a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration.
In my lifetime, I want to see two numbers increase: the percentage of women in leadership and the percentage of engaged employees in the workforce.
