I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and executive coach who works with professionals at every stage of their careers, from recent graduates taking their first steps to leaders preparing for the later phases of their working lives. My approach is built on holistic coaching, supporting the whole person, not just the next role, so clients can make decisions with greater clarity and confidence. My work spans leadership development, career strategy, job search support, and relocation coaching, shaped by more than two decades across private equity, nonprofit, and publicly traded environments.
As Chief Connector at Talent-Connect, I help people navigate career change with greater clarity and less guesswork. I work with clients to define what they want, understand their strengths, identify gaps, and build practical plans they can act on. On the employer side, I partner with organizations that want structured support for outplacement, early-career talent, relocations, and talent mobility. If you are navigating a transition yourself or supporting others through one, I welcome conversations about how Talent-Connect can help.
I also host Careering with Cameron, a podcast from Talent-Connect focused on career strategy and job search success. Each episode is designed for students, recent graduates, and STEM and early-career professionals who want straight, practical guidance on topics like resumes, interviewing, networking, and offers. The aim is the same as in my coaching: to make the process less overwhelming and give people a clearer roadmap for finding meaningful work.
In addition to coaching, I contribute career and leadership insights as a member of the Forbes Business Council, which keeps me connected to the broader conversations shaping today’s workforce.
I hold a PCC credential through the International Coaching Federation, an MBA from Wilmington University, and a bachelor’s degree from St. Thomas Aquinas College. My goal, through one-to-one coaching, Talent-Connect programs, and the podcast, is to give people the insight, structure, and support they need to move into what’s next with confidence.
