Julie Sumner

Julie is a recovering attorney, who has practiced labor and employment litigation for over 20 years. After tiring of litigation, Julie started Monarch Endeavors, LLC, an HR training and consulting firm. Monarch’s tagline is: “We are here for all of your ‘Oh, Sh!t’ moments.” Those “Oh, Sh!t” moments are Julie’s niche. She has helped countless clients through those sticky icky employee issues that no one wants or knows how to handle.
