Over the years, I’ve led 300+ workflow implementations, supported CRM transformations, and partnered with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels to align technology with strategy. As a SAFe Agile Practitioner, I bring structure and clarity to product delivery — helping teams stay focused, collaborate effectively, and build toward meaningful outcomes.
I’m also passionate about working smarter with AI. I actively use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini to accelerate documentation, strengthen requirements, and help teams move from idea to delivery with less friction.
